Admission costs 15 francs per adult and includes unlimited access to Ragusa and Torino chocolate. In the production area, the individual ingredients of Ragusa chocolate can be discovered and tasted. Visitors see live how Torino chocolate bars are made and can taste them straight off the conveyor belt. At CineGaming 4D, visitors can play against each other with a PlayStation controller while a film is shown in the 360-degree cinema. The adjoining shop sells all Ragusa and Torino variations, and the play equipment on the playground is designed to look like real Torino and Ragusa products.
