Fishing at Fleschensee

Up in Bellwald, by the Fleschensee, a restaurant offers the chance to rent a fishing rod and fish yourself. After a short time, a rainbow trout, for example, can be caught. Right by the lake, a fire is ready on which the caught fish can be prepared. In the kitchen the fish is gutted, with the leftovers fed to cats, so that the fish is used entirely. The trout is then seasoned, for instance with rosemary, and served.
