The cave raclette takes place 1.8 kilometres inside the Gonzen mountain, reached by the mine train Gonzen Express. The price includes a guided tour of the former iron mine and its history of iron mining. In the candlelit cave, an aperitif with sparkling wine is served before guests put together their own raclette starter kit with various types of cheese and side dishes such as "Herdöpfel" (potatoes). The cheese is melted over candles directly in the cave. This is a seasonal offer at the Gonzen mine.
