Crystal Museum Mörel

The museum in Mörel houses one of the largest rock crystal collections in Switzerland, assembled entirely by a single person. On the lower level, crystals are on display that can be purchased, for instance a rock crystal for 70 francs or a Gwindel for 250 francs. The upper floor holds the largest and most valuable specimens in various colours, which are not for sale. There you can also see a huge rock crystal weighing 800 kilos, right next to the very first crystal ever found.
