L'Americana

The newly opened L'Americana in Uster is stylishly furnished, with a bar and an open panoramic area with plenty of glass. The menu features pizza, pasta as well as American dishes and desserts. It is said to be the only restaurant in the region with Neapolitan pizza and a genuine pizzaiolo from Naples; the dough is fermented for 48 hours. Alongside Italian starters such as antipasto misto, there are also American specialities such as barbecue ribs, cheeseburger with raclette cheese, mac & cheese, pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken and tortellini with truffle and pecorino. For dessert, American cheesecake and Italian tiramisu are recommended.
