Switzerland's longest toboggan run
At around 3 kilometres long and with 31 bends, the Pradaschier summer toboggan run in Churwalden is the longest toboggan run in Switzerland. From the start at about 1,750 metres, riders race down some 480 metres of vertical drop on rails into the valley, reaching speeds of up to 40 km/h.
The speed can be controlled with a brake lever, making both leisurely rides and fast descents possible.
The chairlift provides a comfortable ride up to the start station, while during the descent the panorama of the Grisons mountains and a noticeable adrenaline rush define the experience.
