Model Railway Meiringen

The Modellbahn Meiringen features a detailed train landscape covering 136 square metres, on which the Furka-Bahn and a Glacier Express model run, among others. A steam train travels through the layout using real steam, and trains also run underground. One full circuit takes about half an hour. Visitors can operate Märklin trains themselves, activate a diorama and ring a church bell.
