Mr. Woof Woof is one of the most exciting street food spots of the Bernese summer and is located right by the popular Lido Altenberg on the Aare. The seasonal pop-up was founded by the team behind the well-known Burrito Bandito and brings a Californian street food feeling to Bern. On offer are creative American-style hot dogs, crispy chicken strips, parmesan fries and extravagant soft ice cream creations with unusual toppings.
The hot dogs bear the names of famous rap legends such as "Biggie" or "Tupac" and have long since become an insider tip among foodies. The location in particular makes a visit unique: right on the bank of the Aare, you enjoy your food with a view of the water and can perfectly combine the visit with a day of swimming or a walk along the Aare. In summer, a relaxed holiday atmosphere reigns here in the middle of the federal city.
