OSC Hockeycenter

The OSC Hockeycenter in Niederhasli offers comprehensive hockey training with a coach. The programme includes conditioning such as rowing, push-ups, pull-ups, bench press, stair running with weighted vests, boxing and sprints on the treadmill. Dribbling and shooting techniques as well as defensive play are also trained. A special feature is the automatic shooting machine from Rapid Shot, which ejects the puck at an adjustable speed and requires shots at the illuminated corners of the goal.
