According to its own information, the Restaurant National in Herzogenbuchsee offers the world's largest cordon bleu menu with 321 different varieties, holding a world record. The menu includes unusual variations such as Ragusa, Nutella, Mexico, Area 51, AK-47, Minions with bananas or the flambéed B52, which is only available to guests aged 18 and over. Guests can also combine two different varieties or create their own cordon bleu with ingredients of their choice. All cordon bleus are available in the sizes Small, Medium and XXL, with the XXL version weighing almost a kilo.
