Schlattgut Herrliberg

The Schlattgut in Herrliberg is a working farm with 34 cows, which are milked in the milking parlour. The freshly milked milk is used to make homemade ice cream on site, including chocolate and sour cream flavours. Everyday life on the farm also includes feeding, mucking out and work with the tractor and in the maize silo.
