A unique hike on snowshoes
The snowshoe hike at the Bettmerhorn in the Aletsch Arena is a guided tour through the snow-covered mountain world around the Aletsch Glacier. On the roughly two-hour route, the trail leads from the Bettmerhorn along the Aletschpiste, past the Blausee and down to Bettmeralp.
Along the way, in a peaceful atmosphere, you can enjoy impressive views of the largest glacier in the Alps as well as of the surrounding peaks all the way to the Matterhorn.
What makes this experience special is the combination of gentle movement in deep snow, untouched nature and the unique setting of the Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site.
