Sidelhorn Cable Car

The Sidelhorn cable car is located near the Grimsel-Hospiz in the Bernese Oberland and is operated by the passengers themselves. A button is used to call the gondola and start the ride up. The journey crosses the Grimselsee along polished rock faces to a very small mountain station. In strong winds, the cable car runs at reduced speed. From the top there are views of the Grimselsee and three dam walls.
