Syrup fountain at the Märchenhotel Braunwald

The fountain is located at the Märchenhotel in Braunwald and is considered one of the few fountains in Switzerland that can dispense syrup. To activate it, visitors receive a green marble, which is inserted into a marble run depending on the syrup they want. When the marble reaches the finish, a bell rings and the chosen syrup, such as elderflower or raspberry, flows from the fountain. The fountain is primarily intended for hotel guests, though day visitors are occasionally admitted as well.
