In Nänzlingen, Chanette runs a rescue station for rescued animals, including wallabies that come from animal parks or private ownership, for example when a mother dies or the young animal is rejected. Animals confiscated by the veterinary office also find a home here. Among the residents on the grounds are small monkeys, pygmy marmosets, kinkajous, rats, iguanas, alpacas and radiated tortoises. Some young animals are raised temporarily in the owner's house. Visitors can get to know the animals on a guided tour.
