Update Fitness Express Container

At Zürich HB there is a container housing a gym called Update Fitness Express. Users are guided by a screen through a circuit of seven machines, including abdominal press, shoulder press, chest press, lat pulldown, leg press and rowing machine. There are lockers for storing belongings, phone charging cables as well as products such as underarm sweat pads and deodorant for freshening up after the workout. A visit is also possible without a membership, with a single entry, and it is currently free of charge. The container will remain at the location until 7 April.
