Viamala Gorge

The Viamala Gorge lies near Thusis and can be explored via numerous flights of steps that lead all the way down to the river on the gorge floor. Above the gorge rises a bridge some 100 metres above the river, which can be viewed from below. A tunnel runs through the rock faces and emerges into the open directly beneath this high bridge. In addition, there is a vaulted passage that leads beneath the rock faces and can be walked as a one-way trip.
