At Windwerk Winterthur, visitors can try indoor skydiving and experience what a free fall from 4000 metres feels like. Before the flight, an instructor provides an introduction and hands out a suit, helmet and ear protection. The facility is suitable for people of any height and weight; from 120 kilograms the instructor must be informed in advance. Wind speeds in the tunnel reach up to 280 km/h. Two flights cost 95 francs per person, three flights 139 francs, with the last flight available as a taxi flight together with the instructor.
